Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at 4 Bicycles. We take pride in the quality of our handmade wooden gifts and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at four.bicycles@outlook.com.
• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Pack the item securely and include any related documentation.
• Attach the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
